BEE transformation strategy - ensuring our future

The Board of Directors and Management of RBS are committed to Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment and actively participate in the development of economic stability and the eradication of joblessness and poverty in South Africa.
We have embraced Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment to ensure that transformation is driven through our business value chain in support of the Financial Services Sector Charter (FSC).

We have developed a BEE strategy, which will ensure that the process of Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment is implemented in a realistic and sustainable manner. This is an inclusive process, which involves internal and external stakeholders.
